Fin is a very shy, sweet and sensitive boy. He is very understanding and is willing to lend an ear to people, if he's use to them. It's not that he's scared of all people in general, it's just he's scared of certain types of people who will automatically judge him of being odd and just don't understand him. When he's around people, he does try to talk to them, but will often stop for fear that he said something wrong. He'd really rather be alone and just draw like crazy.

Fin's story starts in Ireland where his father and mother, Patrick and Erin, were born. Erin gave birth to her first child, Shannon, and then a year later had a second child, Sean. After Erin had Sean, who is 8 years older than Fin, they moved to Ohio. 3 years after Sean, Peter was born, then 3 years after him Molly was born, then 2 years after her Fin was born and is the youngest of the O'Reilly clan. Fin was always much quieter than his loud and rowdy family. Much like his mother, he was always much more reserved then them and because of this he was considered the black sheep of the family and always ruled out. He always liked to isolate himself in the attic and just draw/paint like mad to think and escape his pain. His pain being his abusive father. Patrick was always getting drunk and would then become an abusive drunk taking his abuse, both physically and verbally, out on Erin and Fin. At the age of 8, Fin and his family moved to South Park after Patrick was fired for being drunk on the job. Fin now tries to stay away from the house as much as possible, so that he will avoid his father, but he still often worries about his mother. |

Fin gets beat by his father, but not to severely and not all the time. He's been burnt and cut before, but enough for anything to still be there. Mostly is just ends in bruises. |
